Ecoresponsable Event

Wishing to be a leader in the field of ecoresponsible events, the TRIMEMPHRÉ has been implementing, over the last few years, important measures in order to reduce its ecological footprint::

  • Use of local resources
  • Use of compostable plates
  • Installation of 2 water stations
  • Remind participants and spectators to carpool and to bring their own water bottle

With the collaboration of the organization FÈVE (Festival and Green events of the Eastern Townships), the TRIMEMPHRÉ POLAR reinforces its involvement as FEVE is supporting us providing us with a green team. This team is responsible for public awareness and sorting of residual materials throughout the event.

In keeping with the City of Magog's eco-responsible events policy and meeting the requirements demanded by the City of Magog, the committee is proud to have taken this green turn in order to reduce negative impacts on the environment. It counts on the mobilization of the whole community in order to adopt eco-responsible behaviors and thus help the TRIMEMPHRÉ POLAR to continuously improve its performance.
